Pay in Person: Walk-in payments may be made at the Utility Customer Service Office located in City Hall at 339 Washington St.
Night and Weekend Drop Box: A drop box is located on the right of main entrance of City Hall facility at 339 Washington St.

Automatic Bill Payment: Free utility bill paid automatically from any participating bank. Pick up the form in the office or pick one up at Farmers National Bank.
Credit and Debit Card: Pay by credit or debit cards in office or by phone Customer Service Office located in City Hall at 339 Washington St. or by calling 815-537-5598. As of August 1, 2026, a 3% service fee is added to all credit and debit card payments made in person or online.

Solid Waste Removal

20.76Residential customers in single-family dwellings are charged a $19.78 per month rate for weekly curbside garbage collection. This charge includes pickup for garbage and recyclables.
